OPENING CEREMONY (Provisional)
The Opening Ceremony is expected to be held Sunday, 22nd. May 2016 from 7 p.m. until 8.30 p.m. It will feature a welcome to all participants followed by variety entertainment with. All accredited persons are entitled to free entry upon presentation of their personal accreditation. The accreditations will be held on Saturday, May 21st and Sunday, May 22nd.
All other interested parties have to buy a ticket from IFA or via email request to [email protected] . The participants are kindly requested to take their corresponding seats beforehand.
We will provide further details once confirmed.
FAREWELL PARTY / GALA DINNER
Registration and costing
The Gala dinner is planned to be held on Friday, May 27th. From 21:00 h. Full details will be confirmed shortly. To ensure your seat, register for the Farewell Party when you register for the tournament, as there are only a limited number of seats available!
Unsold tickets, if still available, will only be sold at IFA against cash payment.
It is allowed to pass on the ticket to attend the Farewell Party to a third party, should anyone at short notice, not be in a position to attend the Farewell Party.
